From scan to sole.
Scan
Capture your patient's foot with the Réalta 3D app (preferred) or any recognised 3D scanner. We accept .stl, .obj and .ply files. Foam boxes and plaster casts are not accepted.
Upload
Log into the Réalta Portal and upload your scan files securely. Our platform accepts files up to 100MB and processes them instantly.
Prescribe
Complete our interactive prescription form. Choose your chassis type (FIT or CONTROL), set shell parameters, posting angles, and any additional modifications.
Each shell is designed individually from the scan, never from a template, then SLS printed on our Formlabs Fuse 1+ in PA11 nylon. Posts and heel raises are printed into the shell.
Depowder & Finish
Shells are depowdered, media-blasted and finished by hand with your chosen top cover and additions. The patient name is embossed on every shell.
QC & Dispatch
Every pair is quality checked, boxed with a patient care leaflet and dispatched to your clinic. Track status in real time through the Réalta Portal.
Prescribe it. We print it exactly.
Open a partner account and send your first scan. Individually designed shells, dispatched in 7-10 working days, with a podiatrist on the other end of every query.
